I believe all the Michelins are discontinued even though some sites still show Pilot Power 3's (the Power RS is definitely discontinued). Pirelli Diablo Rosso 3's seem to be in short supply worldwide, so much so that I bought two sets and have another set on hold at my dealer.
If you can find them, grab them!
FWIW and IMO the Rosso 3 is a considerably better tyre than the Rosso 2, better turn in, better in the wet (though you still have to be careful at higher lean angles die to the lack of sipes on the sides) and so far it looks like they give better mileage too, though that remains to be seen.
Edit: If you go to the main Michelin website you get 'We have no result for your search' when looking for tyres for the Diavel:
Find {{ brand }} {{ width }} {{ ratio }} {{ diameter }} {{ personaLabel }} tires for your vehicle in {{ localeName }}. {{ brand }} {{ personaLabel }} tires that match your search by size or by vehicle.
www.michelinman.com
Likewise if you search by size, they only list a 240/40R18 79V, so it looks like at least for the time being we are 'stuck' with Pirelli.
Surprising that another manufacturer hasn't come to the party given the amount of these bikes sold, their hunger for tyres and the release of yet another generation using the same size tyre.
