When was the last time you rode in the rain and get the Diavel really dirty ?
I rode mine yesterday, after a night full of rain. The road were still wet and some parts were muddy..
Here she is after the trip :
If you zoom in there is a bug splat on the r/h mirror that in missed when cleaning it, this means I'm going to have to detail the whole bike again, DOH !
I see it.
And, there's some dirt on the road just outside your driveway too Stubbsy! Looks like you're gunna have to get the whole bloody street redone with fresh bitumen. DOH!!!
Had the Dark out and it got pretty mucked up from the wet roads due to the melting snow. I have to say that the flat black paint cleans up so much faster than my other bikes with shiny paint jobs.
That pic of the rear is proof the mudguard is worth keeping on if you ride in the rain or dirty conditions. Did you get that muck up on your back and helmet?
Took the Diavel off road for a little bit on the weekend. It is not that good on really rough roads as it feels as if you are going to drop it sometimes when the going gets really rough and slow. But it got dusty! Ewww... shame on me!
No shame in using your bike and getting it dirty. The shame is reserved for those that buy a bike and never ride it.
I've done lots and lots of kilometres on unsealed roads. And some very quick ones at that.
