That's likely clutch fluid from a leaking slave cylinder. Tons of options for replacement that work better and look better than the stock item. Not that expensive. The difficult part is replacing the clutch fluid and bleeding the clutch lines properly. I replaced mine with an Oberon but there are many options. Don't cheap out and get someone who knows what they're doing to refill and bleed the lines.

Over tight or loose gaskets, minor holes,s and rusted or cracked oil pan seals can be reasons for engine oil leakage. Proper cleaning and trying to identify the exact leak reason and get it fixed. It can be easily fixed with deep inspection and proper tools. Oil leakage can be easily spotted by putting a simple cloth or newspaper under the motorcycle overnight. The mechanic inspection would be better if you are a newbie.
