I 've had others , I even paid more for them , but this mexx exhaust really surprised me , strong sound bad looking , and everything I wanted , it 's no use buying a xdiavel motorcycle , with an angel - like exhaust , I liked it and recommend it to all.

It is a nice looking exhaust! Sound clips I've heard are good too. The cover plate looks great and blends very well. What's your opinion of the quality of the cover plate? Someone commented that it felt cheap. At release some people said there were quality issues, pipes didn't fit, hopefully all is well now. Besides Termi, def my favorite exhaust..

I also read about it , I contacted the company , they had identified the problem and fixed it , now the installation was 100% no problem , and the protective cover I liked , I saw that they are starting to develop carbon , and already I ordered the carbon fiber finish. I liked the exhaust of this mexx brand

That's great Dario, I really like the cover, the carbon version should be very cool

Is this catted or decatted looking at the pics it appears there are either cats in the pipes or they have some sort of resonator in them. They do not specify on the website.
I just heard from MEXX, a little unclear, here's what they said: "we have a sports catalyst with wool from the United States."

A catalytic converter uses precious metals, so I guess they mean the wider area is a baffle area with fiberglass "wool"

I was looking at this exhaust prior to buying the termi's. Being 1/4 the price of the termi's I was excited. But held me back as reading reviews on YouTube, guy had to fabricate the pipe for it to fit and no tune for it. You have to get an aftermarket tuner. If you like it that's all it matters and glad it worked out for you!!!

I saw that youtube video on not fitting, looks like they addressed that. With stock airbox & filter, is an ECU tune really required with aftermarket exhaust? Airflow seems limited with stock airbox design.

That’s good they got that finally resolved. The tune helps as it changes the air/fuel ratio so it doesn’t run too lean. Running too lean will cause engine issues in the long run.
