Custom Luimoto seats and Motocomposite Carbon fibre headlight shroud

Got me a set of Luimoto custom seats with gel pad installed on rider and passenger seats. They are pretty comfortable and notice the difference. I usually move around trying to find a comfy spot on the original seats. With the gel pads it's like night and day comfy. Sent my seats in and took about a week to get them done. The wait was worth it. Also managed to slap on some motocomposite headlight shroud as well. Bought the carbon fibre 100% twill weave glossy and pretty impressed with the quality

Did you just order the seat covers and install them yourself or a full replacement seat?

I sent them in last Wednesday July 11 and got them back Monday July 23rd. Got them to do gel inserts for both seats.

Very nice! How much did the seats cost total? How about a picture of the entire bike so we can see how the seats and carbon fiber parts integrate together?

All in with seat covers, gel install for both seats, and shipping came to around $700USD and about a month.

That's a little pricey but it really does look good. Nice color choices too. Does the gel get hot?
My buddy had a Daytona 675 with a custom gel seat and he said the thing was comfy but it retained a ton of heat from the underseat exhaust.

I absolutely agree!! But in regards to looks and comfort I think it's worth it 100%. I know for a fact My Xdiavel would be a one off or first with this seat design. The Luimoto design team I was dealing with helped me with the design I wanted and brought it to life. I've never spent this amount of money on a mod before and I think it was worth it for my bum. Been riding for the last few days and I quite enjoy it a little more ???? I haven't noticed any heat issues with the seat yet. Time will tell I guess

I wouldn't think it would be much of an issue with the X considering how the exhaust is routed.

Now all you have to do get rid of the handlebars and install clip-ons lol. I love that look on the X. Wish I could do it on mine without butchering the air intakes
