Hello all,

Found this article where apparently a person or group are spilling oil or spreading sand or dust on key parts of curves where motor bikers drive through. In Germany.

Well in some instances I would imagine someone would hate what we here all love but never in a way to act in this way! I hope they find these persons soon. Terrible isn't it. And because of them already several bikers injured and one fatality.

Here on the roads I take there was an oil spill but clearly a vehicle that was loosing its oil and on the sense of the road spilling it in the middle of one line. By the time I drove there police had already covered the oil so it was ok. I know on these roads there are farmers so I try to be attentive always because of this....

This sort of thing is criminal - no doubt about it. Unfortunately it underscores how some non-riders feel about motorcyclists - some nut thought this was okay but wouldn't think of doing the same to a busload of kids he didn't like.

A few years back there was a simliar incident in Marin County, California (near San Francisco). I don't recall if they ever caught the maniac or not...

They use to do that in Mulholland in California back in the 70's.

Even as late as the 80s this was done, on what is called today, "The Snake" above the Rock Store... Hell we used to call it Mulholland to "Bullseye"....
