In an attempt to remove the rear turn signals I've discovered something interesting that I could use some help with.

First my plan:

Install NRC Side mount plate - complete
Install custom LED flashers inline with the brake lights so that they function dual purpose with the turn signal.

When removing the side cowls below the seat I found two cable that are capped and not being used. See image below:

This cable has 4 wires, the pin on top is power, I'm not sure what pins 2 and 4 do, however, pin 3 causes the brake lights to flash when shorted to ground with my test light.

Any ideas??

It almost seems like there might be a module from Ducati that would integrate the turn signals.

I believe they are for the Strada Lights.

The XD does have a bolt on back rest for the passenger but no lighting changes. I don't believe there is a Strada version like there is for the Diavel.
