Shiv,

I'm having a problem updating my device. When i connected my openflash tablet to my pc and ran the openflash software, it said it found an update. When i tried to update it, it kept failing. i figured it was because there was a never version of openflash manager available. So i went to the website and downloaded the latest version (1.25.1). Now when i connect my device i get a message that repeats, "this device is not pro". So needless to say, i have no way of accessing my files at the moment. Please advise. Thanks,

Rob

I sent them an e-mail on July 3, and have not yet received a reply. I know they get busy from time to time, so maybe this is one of those times. But still, it is starting to seem like the non-responsiveness for which Tuneboy gained a reputation.

A couple of things, first is your tablet a Flash tablet or the Open Flash tablet, there is a difference and one software doesn't work with the other. The FlashTablet manager software was at version 1.25 and went to 1,28 but I don't see it on the site anymore only the OpenFlash manager

Also since you're in the States, try giving them a call (leave a message) they do a little better when you call them directly.

It really makes you wonder why there is a dedicated Thread set up for OFT, when the person responsible does not have the decency to reply for months on end. After a while the excuses wear thin!

Yes, he is. He actually got back to me via email rather quickly after posting this. Sorry, forgot to update.
