On the way home from work today, I was in heavy bumper to bumper traffic idling along in first gear when the bike died. No faults or alarm indications. Unlike with my old Diavel, I couldn't just pull in the clutch and restart it. I pushed the bike off the highway and turned it off completely then restarted it. Anyone have a similar issue?
The same has happened to me. Would be rolling in first in traffic, and the bike would just die.. I'm just as clueless as you are at the moment as to why.
I've had mine die twice. Rolling up to a stop. Pulled in the clutch and the bike just died. Fortunately hit the start button and it fired up right away.
Just so everyone knows with this issue there are 3 new updates to the bike. When I took mine it to have the Termi up map done there were 3 updates one was for the ECU, one for bluetooth and I can't remember what the 3rd was for.
After someone else posted recently, I thought I would go back and update as well. It was a loose connector on bottom left behind bottom plastic cover. Snapped in and no problems since.
Something like this happened on my regular diavel once. It only happened once and I have no clue to this day why.
