Just fitted this new mod (also posted some pictures of my other mods in the photo section of the forum)

Genuine carbon fibre replacement for the standard item - take off the old one, bolt this one on.

To answer the questions asked:

This was purchased from Duc Shop Tirol - I bought through eBay http://stores.ebay.c..._sid=1005828002
Very good service (delivered inside a week).

As for fitting, my dealer fitted all three items I bought together (rear brake master cylinder cover, headlight cover, and sprocket cover) in less than an hour and said it was easy.

Judging by the car number plate I take it you are UK based? Whereabouts are you from?

Steve, you are the right man to ask this question from. How do you remove the headlight surround? Can you please provide me with a comprehensive explanation so I can print it out for the vinyl wrap guy and my dealer who both said that it would be extremely difficult because of the location of the 3 bolts that hold it on. They even talked about having to remove the front forks to get at it...... All I wanted to do was put a red stripe in the recess where the top and bottom panels meet.

piece of piss...just undo the two low 10mm nuts at the bottom of the light then jiggle it with an upwards movement and it\'ll simply pop off-then just unplug...

Not sure if i like the carbon or painted one.... In fact the headlight is the "ugly" part of this bike in my opinion.
